  1. In a medium saucepan, add the water and sugar, and bring to a boil.
  2. In a heat resistant clear jug or bowl, set the tea bulb inside and pour the boiling water over it, letting it steep for 4-5 minutes (the bloom should be fully open). Place tea in the refrigerator to chill until cold.
  3. When ready to serve pour the lemon juice into the jug with the tea, and top with the sparkling water.
  4. Gently pour in the grenadine (it will sink to the bottom) and garnish with the berries.
Recipe Notes

*We found fruit flavoured tea bulbs to work the best. Blooming teas typically use green tea as the base, so they will generally all have a green tea flavour.
