White Chocolate Matcha Popcorn

Gluten Free

Makes approx. 9-10 cups popcorn

Ingredients

9-10 cups popcorn (or 1/3 cup popcorn kernels, popped)

6 oz white chocolate

1 ½ tsp Japanese matcha powder

Pinch of salt

Place popcorn on a large parchment lined baking sheet.

In a microwave safe bowl, microwave the white chocolate on HIGH for 10 second intervals, stirring at each interval, making sure to just heat it until 80% melted. Continue stirring it until the last 20% is melted. Then, Stir in the matcha powder and salt

Lightly drizzle the white chocolate mixture over the popcorn and stir gently to ensure consistent coverage.

Cool until chocolate hardens and store in an airtight container.

*Make sure the popcorn is fully cooled before adding the white chocolate
