Makes 4 cinnamon buns


4 Cinnamon buns (prepared or prepackaged)
2 eggs
2/3 c milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

butter (for greasing pan)

Ice cream (vanilla, or any flavour you choose!)


Slice the cinnamon buns in half lengthwise.

In a large bowl or deep tray, whisk together the eggs, milk and vanilla. Set aside.

Heat your griddle to 375°F or skillet to medium heat.

Dip the bun halves into the egg mixture ensuring they are fully coated

Grease the griddle/pan with butter and place each bun half carefully on the griddle or frying pan. Cook each side for approximately 1-2 minutes until lightly browned.

Add a scoop of ice cream in between the halves and serve immediately!
